The world’s love affair with french fries needs no explanation. Whether they’re of the greasy, not-really-sure-if-they’re-real-potatoes variety from the Golden Arches or hand-cut pomme frites from the neighborhood wine bar, a night out isn’t complete without an order (or two).
These look fancy but doesn’t call for any peeling, cutting, or twice frying. Simply bake frozen fries, then toss with any variety of herbs and dry cheese. Today’s fries are dressed with earthy rosemary and thyme as well as salty parmesan cheese, then served with a simple mayo thyme aioli.
