I love the writing. I love the connection between the French and American lifestyle. I love it all. Because who wants to choose between French and American? Instead, it embraces both ideals, and I can’t wait to see the business grow even more.

I switched to this mindset a few years ago when a friend made me realize that saying no to one thing is simply saying yes to yourself and something that fuels you [and your family] even more. it was such an empowering move and it feels good to pour yourself into what truly matters.

The launch of Tres Americain is super exciting for me because as a Vietnamese-Texan, I’ve always loved French classics and Southern comforts.

I think you’ve struck a perfect balance between celebrating both French and American lifestyle. I sometimes notice a tendency to look at the French way of life and say they’re living life better than Americans do. It’s true, in some ways they are, but there’s so much to appreciate about American lifestyle and I’m glad to see that comes through in your approach.
