About Me

My name is Cheyanne, aka your friendly femme.🩷 I've used fashion as a tool for self-expression ever since I can remember! As a little girl, I loved playing dress-up in my grandmothers night gowns and waddling throughout the house in her fancy shoes. Going through grandma's jewelry box was one of my FAVORITE activities, and if I was lucky, she'd let me wear her lipstick, too.

Once Grandma passed away and I entered the 6th grade, my love for fashion grew even STRONGER. I shopped clearance racks and holiday sales, and I began experimenting with mixing colors, patterns, and textures. It was this year that I really fell in love with experimental fashion and personal expression.

It wasn't until high school that I started thrifting, though. As a broke kid, and even broker teen, I would use the change I found in seat cushions and on the street to begin purchasing and building my vintage wardrobe. Charity shops and yard sales are what fueled my love for (what began as) '80s fashion, and ignited the passion within me for a treasure hunt (paired with a good deal.)
