2. Secondhand & Vintage Condition

  • Nature of Inventory: All items curated by Femmenextdoor are secondhand, vintage, or pre-loved. Natural wear, minor character flaws, and unique aging are characteristic of these items and are to be expected.
  • Accuracy: We do our absolute best to inspect, measure, photograph, and describe every single item with high accuracy so you know exactly what to expect. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

3. Garment Care & Laundering

  • Our Cleaning Routine: To give your garments a fresh start, we wash and steam everything that is realistic to launder using scent-free detergent and hypoallergenic dryer sheets.
  • Delicate & Specialty Items: To protect historical fibers, structural details, and delicate age, items featuring intricate beading, embroidery, or "Dry Clean Only" labels are left completely unlaundered in their original vintage condition. Specialized cleaning for these items is the responsibility of the buyer. Every individual listing will state whether an item has been pre-washed or left in its original state.
  • Vintage Character: Because these pieces have lived beautiful past lives, some items may carry a slight hint of vintage history (such as a faint trace of previous perfume). We are not responsible for natural vintage scents.

4. Final Sales & Case-by-Case Exceptions 

  • Because we offer highly unique secondhand and vintage drops, all sales are final. Please make sure to review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.
  • If your item arrives damaged in transit or with a significant condition issue that was not noted or photographed in the listing, please Click here to email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the oversight. We handle verified mistakes on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

5. Modifications to Pricing and High-Demand Drops

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
