All sales at Femmenextdoor.com are final, but we are happy to help if an item arrives with an undisclosed flaw or damage. 

Final Sales 

• Because we are a secondhand and vintage shop, all sales are final.
• We carefully inspect, photograph, and describe every piece accurately so you know what you are getting with each order.
• Please review all photos and details before buying.

Damaged or Unlisted Flaws 

• We are human and can occasionally miss a flaw. 
• If your item arrives damaged or has a significant condition issue that was not noted or shown in the listing photos, let us know within 3 days of delivery.
